Solid Ground Reserve, LLC operates solidgroundreserve.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have.

The short version. We collect what you choose to give us. We use it to give you what you asked for. We do not sell it. Nothing in your private book reaches a salesperson unless you specifically request an introduction and we approve it. You can have everything deleted by sending one email.

What you choose to give us

• Contact details. Your name and email address when you request a guide, sign in, or write to us.
• What you tell the guided conversation. Your chosen life chapter, your answers, the questions you explore, and any optional ranges you enter. This is saved in My Solid Ground Reserve Book so you can return to it.
• Records you add. Accounts, property, dates, values, documents, questions, people and notes you enter yourself.
• Order information. If you buy a journal, your name, shipping address and order details. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Correspondence. Whatever you send when you email us.

You are never required to enter financial details to use this site. The guided conversation works without them.

Please do not enter complete account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, access codes or transfer instructions. You do not need them here, and we ask you not to store them with us.

What is collected automatically

• Usage data. Pages viewed, time on site, referring site, approximate location from IP address, browser and device type.
• Cookies. Used for sign-in, for saving your place, and for understanding how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though sign-in and saved progress will stop working if you do.

How we use it

• To deliver the guide, resource or account you asked for
• To save your progress so you can come back to it
• To send educational email you signed up for, which you can leave at any time
• To answer you when you write to us
• To fulfill an order
• To understand what is useful and improve the site
• To meet legal obligations

Who can see your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it or trade it.

Your private book is yours. It is shared in only these situations:

1. A precious metals specialist, and only if you ask. If you submit the private introduction request form, and Solid Ground Reserve approves the handoff, the specialist you asked to meet can see the information you approved in that request. This never happens automatically. It is not triggered by reading, by saving, or by returning to your book. If you never submit that form, nothing is shared with anyone. Your original words remain read-only to them.
2. Service providers who operate the site for us, including hosting, email delivery, analytics and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide that service.
3. Legal requirements, if required by law or subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
4. A business transfer, if the business is sold or merged. You would be notified.

How Solid Ground Reserve is paid

If you request an introduction to a precious metals specialist and go on to do business with them, Solid Ground Reserve may receive compensation from that dealer. This does not change what you pay. Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Sign-in uses a password-free magic link that expires after a short window rather than a stored password. Access is limited to authorized people. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security, which is why we ask you not to store credentials or full account numbers here.

Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers or financial statements by email. Email is not a secure channel.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as we need it to provide the service. Order records are kept as long as tax and business law requires. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to not be treated differently for exercising any of these.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@solidgroundreserve.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will respond within the time your law requires. We may need to verify your identity first.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

We link to outside sources, including government websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We will post changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, subscribers will be told by email.
